About Me

Nice is from the Philippines. She graduated from Southwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Nice started her real estate career in 2011 as a property sales specialist in one of the leading real estate companies in the Philippines. She has experience working in the banking industry as a sales officer and as a financial advisor in the insurance industry.

In 2016, she moved to Qatar to expand her horizons in the aviation industry. She was working in the world’s best airline, Qatar Airways. This role allowed her to embrace new challenges and expand her professional network in an international setting. Her time in aviation further sharpened her skills in client relations. Early in 2021, she decided to reignite her passion for the real estate industry in Qatar. She was working as a listing officer of sales and leasing in one of the leading real estate agencies
in Qatar.

Nice is very eager to apply her extensive experience of customer service, negotiation, and networking. With over 13 years of professional experience in real estate, banking, insurance and aviation
industries. Her professional background has equipped her with excellent communication skills, marketing knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain lasting business relationships with clients. She has a track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service, with an excellent knowledge of real estate investment and market trends.
